Return & Cancellation

I accept returns on all Etsy shop items, except for desired productucts. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and sreturn the item within 30 days of delivery.

No exchange or return of desired products

Desired products and custom-made products of any kind cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to the nature of these products, no cancellation is possible. The situation is different if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.

Guarantee

I paint with leather paints and elastic acrylic paints and give a 1 year guarantee of durability. Of course, depending on the use, care and use of the object, signs of wear can occur, but the colors cannot be completely replaced. If this happens anyway, I'll make a replacement.
